Segundo o parlamentar, a mat\u00e9ria \u201cvisa a preven\u00e7\u00e3o de tumores, j\u00e1 que este exame possibilitar\u00e1 ao paciente com predisposi\u00e7\u00e3o um diagn\u00f3stico mais preciso quanto as chances de desenvolvimento da doen\u00e7a\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O BRCA1 e o BRCA2 de genes que todos n\u00f3s temos, possuem a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de impedir o surgimento de tumores atrav\u00e9s da repara\u00e7\u00e3o de mol\u00e9culas de DNA danificadas. &nbsp;Assim, quando um desses genes sofre uma muta\u00e7\u00e3o, ele perde sua capacidade protetora, tornando-nos mais suscet\u00edveis ao aparecimento de tumores malignos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talles Barreto refor\u00e7ou que o exame \u00e9 simples e detecta se existe muta\u00e7\u00e3o nos genes BRCA1 e BRCA2, que, quando mutado aumenta significativamente o risco de se desenvolver o c\u00e2ncer de mama e de ov\u00e1rio. \u201c\u00c9 realizado com uma amostra de sangue ou de saliva da paciente\u201d, pontuou.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O deputado estadual Talles Barreto apresentou projeto de lei que institui a obrigatoriedade do exame de muta\u00e7\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica dos genes BRCA1 e BRCA2 em pacientes que possuem hist\u00f3rico familiar de c\u00e2ncer de mama ou de ov\u00e1rio na rede p\u00fablica de sa\u00fade do Estado.
