Foi derrubado na sess\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria dessa quinta-feira (18), o veto parcial<\/a> do Governo ao aut\u00f3grafo de lei que institui mudan\u00e7as no C\u00f3digo Tribut\u00e1rio de Goi\u00e1s em favor dos produtores rurais. Em vota\u00e7\u00e3o secreta, o placar registrou 22 votos contr\u00e1rios e apenas cinco favor\u00e1veis \u00e0 manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do impeditivo. Com isso, o governador Ronaldo Caiado agora fica obrigado a acatar a proposta inicialmente aprovada pelos parlamentares, a qual prev\u00ea perd\u00e3o fiscal para multas referentes \u00e0 Guia de Tr\u00e2nsito Animal (GTA).   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\nA proposi\u00e7\u00e3o trata de anistia a mais de 50 mil produtores rurais, multados pela Ag\u00eancia Goiana de Defesa Agropecu\u00e1ria (Agrodefesa), pela n\u00e3o emiss\u00e3o da Guia de Transporte Animal (GTA), entre os anos de 2014 e 2017.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Autor de relat\u00f3rio para a derrubada de veto, o Deputado Estadual Talles Barreto comemora a vit\u00f3ria: ” Sem d\u00favidas conseguimos retirar o peso da cobran\u00e7a destas multas dos ombros do pecuarista.
